Award for Excellence at Work 2014

Ramos Ferreira Group in the TOP 3 of the Large Companies in the Excellence Award at Work in 2014.

For the fifth year, Ramos Ferreira is considered a Company of Excellence at the level of its Human Capital Practice.
This year we had the participation of about 170 Angolans who are part of the Group, which makes thi distinction even more special.

The Excellence at Work Award 2014 is developed by Heidrick & Struggles consultan , in partnership with the Diário Económico and the INDEG-IUL, and with the support of Human Resources Portugal and Executive Digest. The study reveals and rewards companies that invest in this area. Between small, medium and large companies, it has participated in this study about 200 organizations, with 30,000 employees responses.

This award is of all team to who we thank for all the affection and devotion.
